The following is a list a trick that sometimes is necessary on Windows 7, 8 and 10. This may solve odd behaviors in Windows that cause PandaPow to stop working.
Run the following command in a Command Prompt that has been started “as administrator”. That is, in the Start menu search box, type cmd, right-click the cmd item at the top and select Run as administrator from the menu.
On Windows 8 it might look like below instead, using the search box at the top right:
In the Command Prompt window that opens, type the following:
netsh winsock reset
Then hit Return, and you should see “Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog.” printed in the Command Prompt.
Finally, restart your computer.
